The stone crab claws are available in 4 different sizes and are served in pounds. The average serving size per person is approximately 2 pounds. The sizes/pricing are as follows-
Medium Claws- Approximately 5-6 claws per pound- *Currently $35 per pound
Large Claws- Approximately 4-5 claws per pound- *Currently $45 per pound
Jumbo Claws- Approximately 2-3 claws per pound- *Currently $60 per pound
Colossal Claws- Approximately 1-2 claws per pound – *Currently $75 per pound
